A young adult is diligent in their studies, develops strong friendships, and participates in the community. They go on to college then secure a good job in an area of interest and the future seems quite promising—their persistent efforts are being rewarded appropriately. Unexpectedly, a close family member experiences an unfortunate and unexpected tragedy. This young adult feels the overwhelming obligation to change their personal life completely to come to the rescue of this family member, even though it’s unclear if any efforts will have a positive outcome…Now what?

A working couple with children are doing the best they can to make ends meet. They both balance their individual work responsibilities with the needs of their growing children but find they have little to no time to attend to each other’s needs. Time passes, their children get older, and each plays their respective role. One day, each partner finds themselves feeling distant from the other. Instead of growing together, they feel like they’ve grown apart…Now what?
